COMAC CAL s.r.o., company ID 61974170, registered at Třanovice 355, 739 53 Třanovice, Czech Republic, provides the CC Flow app for configuring, diagnosing, and reading data from Flow 33 flowmeters and other compatible devices over Bluetooth.

Data Used by the App

• Bluetooth and nearby device data: the app scans for compatible nearby flowmeters and communicates with the selected device. Data read from a flowmeter is used only to display, diagnose, and configure that device.
• Location: some Android versions require precise location permission to scan for Bluetooth devices. The app does not determine, store, or share the user's location.
• Local app settings: only user preferences such as language, theme, and completion of the introductory setup are stored in the device's internal storage.

Data Sharing and Transfer

The app does not require an account, collect names, email addresses, or other contact details, include analytics or advertising tools, or transfer data to COMAC CAL s.r.o. or third parties. No data is sent to remote servers.

Data Retention and Deletion

Local preferences remain on the device only while the app is installed. You can delete them by clearing the app's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the app. Because no data is stored on our servers, no separate deletion request is necessary.

Permissions and User Choice

You can change the requested system permissions at any time in your device settings. Without Bluetooth permission, the app may be unable to discover or connect to a flowmeter.
